This Privacy Policy explains how With Him Healing ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use withhimhealing.com and the free books, Bible studies, and workbooks offered on it (together, the "Service"). The short version: we do not track you, we do not use cookies, we do not use analytics, and we do not collect personal information unless you choose to send it to us.

1. No Tracking, No Cookies, No Analytics

With Him Healing does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, advertising networks, or any other technology to monitor or profile visitors. We do not record which pages you visit, how long you stay, or what you read. Your time here is between you and Him.

2. Your Agreement to the Terms

When you first visit the site, you are asked to agree to our Terms of Service. Your agreement is stored natively on your own device by your web browser. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. 3. Workbook Reflections

The interactive workbooks let you write reflections and answers. Anything you type stays in your browser on your own device. We do not receive, store, or have access to what you write. If you want to keep your reflections, you can print them.

4. Information You Choose to Send Us

The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through our contact form, which is hosted by a third-party provider, Tally. That may include your name, email address, and your message. We use it only to read and respond to you. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except that messages sent through our contact form pass through Tally in order to reach us, and we may disclose information if required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process.

Because we do not collect data about your visits, there is nothing to retain. Messages you send through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and handle any follow-up.
